Repton HC on winning form!

Repton Hockey Club were on winning form this weekend with a successful day of matches in the next round of our England Hockey competitons.
The U18 girls led the way with a resounding victory of 18-0 against Liverpool Sefton in the next round of the U18 Girls Plate Competition. They will now face Sutton Coldfield in the Quarter Finals of the competition and we wish them the best of luck away on the 19th February in the next step on their road to a National Finals at Lee Valley!

The U16 boys travelled away to Derwent for their next Tier 1 Pool round in the EH Championships. Derwent were also placed at the top of the group so a win was important and the boys did not disappoint with a full time score of 10-2. The boys final Tier 1 match is at at home against West Bridgford on 19th February and a win will guarantee them a place at the Midlands Regionals on Sunday 5th March.

The U16 Girls faced their final Tier 1 round against local team West Bridgford and came away with a 14-0 victory which sees them finish at the top of their Tier booking them a place at the North Regional Finals on Sunday 12th March. Congratulations to the girls and details of Regionals to follow as soon as they are finalised.

There were no matches for the U14 boys and girls this weekend but both teams play their final matches of Tier 1 on Sunday 19th February at home. The U14 girls face local rivals Beeston whilst the U14 boys will play Alderley Edge so please come down and support both teams as they compete for a spot at the Regionals.
